Privacy Policy — Padellicious Loyalty Apps

Padellicious (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides loyalty applications for padel players on behalf of clubs and
facilities (our “Partners”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data
when you use our apps — including apps branded for specific clubs such as GARRINCHA Player, and
apps for staff (e.g., bartenders).
1. Information We Collect
- Personal Information: name, email address, and phone number.
- Account & Usage Information: details about your padel activity, such as reservations, play history, and loyalty points, including data retrieved from reservation platforms (e.g., Playtomic) or entered by you.
- Login Information: if you choose to sign in with Facebook or other supported logins, we may receive your name, email, and profile picture from those services.
- Device Information: device model, operating system version, and general technical data to maintain and improve app performance.
- Staff/Bartender Information: if you use a Padellicious app for staff (e.g., bartenders scanning QR codes), we may collect your login credentials, basic contact details, and activity logs related to loyalty point validation or redemption.
Note: We do not collect or process payment or credit card information.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve our loyalty services (e.g., track points, show rewards).
- Synchronize play and reservation data from our Partners’ systems (like Playtomic).
- Enable social login (e.g., Facebook).
- Send you updates about loyalty status, points, and app features (if you opt in to notifications or emails).
- Maintain and secure the Apps and improve user experience.
- For staff/bartenders: to enable secure QR code scanning, validate loyalty point transactions, and maintain accurate program reporting.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
- Our Partners (clubs/facilities): so they can manage loyalty programs and reward your play activity. Venue partners may also review staff user scanning activity to audit program usage and prevent fraud.
- Third-Party Services: such as Playtomic (to retrieve your playing and reservation data) and login providers like Facebook.
- Service Providers: trusted vendors who host our infrastructure, analytics, and crash reporting.
Note: We do not sell personal data to any third party.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your personal data as long as needed to provide loyalty services and maintain your participation in the program.
If you close your account or request deletion, we will permanently delete or anonymize your data unless retention is required by law.

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information.
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
